Description

Inflatable lifejacket for adults. Homologated and certified according to SOLAS M.E.D. suitable as on board equipment for ships adopting M.E.D. rules under SOLAS convention.
Equipped with integrated safety harness homologated and certified according to ISO 12401 with lateral quick adjuster, stainless steel ring for safety line and double crotch strap. Equipped with Buddy System.
 
Smart, functional and comfortable donning, thanks to an enveloping design cured in every detail. Designed for the maximum freedom and mobility on board during the manoeuvres in navigation.
 
ACTIVATION SYSTEMS
Automatic activation (inflatable lifejacket): in case of falling overboard the system is submerged and automatically activates the inflation of chamber. Manual activation is possible as well.
Manual activation: the system is activated pulling the proper lever.
Oral inflation: the chamber can be inflated just blowing inside the oral tube. The oral tube is present on automatic inflatable lifejackets and on manual inflatable lifejackets as well.
 
The inflatable lifejacket MODULO 150 HX model can be equipped with the following models:
(DAA) 2 x UML-MK5, automatic activator;
(DAAM) 1 x UML-MK5 + 1 x UML MICROMANUAL, automatic activator + manual activator;
(SAA) 1 x UML-MK, automatic activator.
Two oral tubes are always present on all SOLAS VSG inflatable lifejackets.
 
 
ACCESSORIES ON DEMAND
Sprayhood, emergency automatic light, antiflame cover.
 
SPARE PARTS
VSG rearming kit with 33 g CO2 gas cylinder.
Double crotch strap.
 
SERVICE
The mandatory service of this inflatable lifejacket is each 12 months.
 
Cases of our devices can be customized with any text or company logo. In accordance with the LSA Code and SOLAS standards, life jackets must be equipped with Solas signal lights.

  • TYPES OF ACTIVATION

    Automatic activation

    Automatic: in the event of a fall into the sea, the system is submerged and activates autonomously, within 5 second, the inflation of the buoyancy chamber. Automatic activation is possible with the UML MK5 salt activator, through the dissolution of a water-soluble tablet, or with the hydrostatic activator Hammar MA1 through the pressure generated by immersion in water for at least 10 cm.

    Manual activation

    The system is activated through the draft of the appropriate lever. It comes with the manual activator UML MICROMANUAL and it will activate exclusively by hand.

TYPES OF ACTIVATION
